Can I pick my foods from Nutrisystem?
On Nutrisystem, you select which diet regimen food options work best for you.
With their Chef’s Choice Menu, they do the work for you with a pre-selected, handpicked selection of their most preferred menu products for each diet regimen dish event. If you’d like to try the vast array of Nutrisystem ® foods or aren’t sure where to start, this might be a choice for your initial order.
If your order is a FreshStart Plan or Nutrisystem for Men, you’ll receive a special 1st week. Your initial week on the meal program includes a morning meal, lunch, supper, shake, and a treat every day; FreshStart Week 1 is not customizable.

Choose Favorite Foods or Select Your Foods:
a) I want the Favorite Foods package
You get a pre-selected assortment of Nutrisystem’s most popular breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and desserts when you choose this option. If you’d like to try the vast array of NutriSystem foods, this may be the right choice for your first 28-day order. But once you’ve been attempting the NutriSystem favorites, don’t forget you can always customize any subsequent 28-day orders if you’d like. It’s as simple as logging into the member section and editing your Auto-Delivery order before your next order ships.

b) I want to select my menu
This option allows you to choose each breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert you’ll enjoy on your 28-day plan. You get to choose your menu!
If you choose this option, the Ordering Wizard will walk you through each meal category (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert). You’ll see every food NutriSystem offers for that meal (including photos, nutritional information, and preparation instructions). You’ll select 28 items from each category to complete your order.
This process takes just a few minutes and ensures that your program is chock full of the foods you love—an essential step toward your weight loss plan success. And the best part is, there’s no additional cost to you for this customization!
It’s a great way to get your program off to a good start, and you’re never locked in. You can always change any future orders to include different items. Or, if you decide to choose the Favorites Package at this time, you can always come back and want to customize any future orders down the road. It’s all up to you.
